The tour includes 4 meals a day, vegetarian, alkaline food based on modern and ancient Eastern knowledge about healthy eating and food compatibility, which gives the maximum result for harmony of youth and health:

1) Rejuvenating practice: 15 to 20 minutes before meals, take fresh cold-pressed vegetable oil with ginger and lime from 10 to 50 milliliters. The oil is selected individually for each tour participant!

2) During the day we drink from one and a half to three liters of pure structured and infused in copper vessels, melt, alkaline water from glassware specially prepared for each member of our group!
